12 Kid Friendly Smoothies

1. Strawberry-Banana Blend


Your kids love strawberries and bananas, so why not make a smoothie they’ll love? Just blend your ingredients.

2 banana, 2 cup strawberries, 1 cup yogurt and milk, 2 tablespoons honey, and 2 cups of ice.

2. Strawberry Shortcake Blend


Two great sounding ingredients and it tastes just as good as it sounds. Your kids will love it.

21/2 cups strawberries, 11/2 cup crumbled pound cake, 2 cups milk and ice, and sugar. You can add whip cream if wanted.

3. Triple-Berry Blend


Just say “come and get it kids”! This looks so good I think parents will enjoy it too!

2 cups mixed blackberries, strawberries and raspberries and 2 cups milk and ice, and 4 tablespoons of sugar.

4. Raspberry-Orange Blend


A great citrus taste and oh so healthy. Just blend your ingredients.

2 cups of orange juice and raspberries, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup of ice and sugar.

5. Peach-Mango-Banana


This is such a great flavor combo. Just blend until smooth!

Add 2 cups of chopped peaches and mango, 1 cup of yogurt and ice, 1 banana, and sugar and blend.

6. Raspberry Avocado



This smoothie is a good source of Vitamin C and tastes delicious!

Blend 1 cup avocado and orange juice 1/2 cup raspberry juice 1 cup frozen raspberries.

7. Kiwi-Strawberry


Your kids may not eat kiwi, but they will after they taste this kiwi and strawberry smoothie.

Blend 2 cups strawberries, 1 peeled kiwi, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 cup of ice.

8. Cherry-Vanilla


This smoothie is so tasty. If your kids love cherry pie and vanilla ice cream they will go nuts for this!

Blend 2 cups cherries, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and 1 cup ice.

9. Grape


Who doesn’t love grapes? Very good for the heart and delicious.

Blend 21/2 cups seedless red or black grapes with 1 cup grape juice and 1 cup of ice.

10. Blueberry-Pear


Blend 1 cup of blueberries, 1 chopped pear, 2 cups yogurt and ice, and a pinch of sugar. This smoothie is tasty but a little tart.

11. Pomegranate-Cherry


This smoothie is truly a treat! Blend 2 cups of cherries, 1 cup pomegranate juice, 1 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 cups ice.

12. Creamy Pineapple


This tropical treat is full of vitamins! Blend 3 cups chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup milk, 2 teaspoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, a pinch each of nutmeg if wanted and 2 cups ice.
